Rupert Hollier
Creative Director
Ru started life in music Publishing at MCS in 1999, moving on to Kingstreet Media in 2002 where he worked on brands and advertising for clients such as Desmond Childs and Fleetwood Mac. Ru left Kingstreet in 2004 to become a freelance music supervisor, working on many high level advertising campaigns with brands including Marks & Spencer, Nike, as well as the Discovery Channel and National Geographic.
In 2009 joined Imagem Music, specialising in film & TV synchronisation. During his time at Imagem, he represented the Rodgers & Hammerstein and Boosey & Hawkes catalogues, as well as numerous artists and bands on the contemporary roster including Daft punk, Mark Ronson, Pink Floyd, Vampire Weekend, Genesis and The Stone Roses. During his five-year tenure Rupert worked with brands such as Reebok, Skoda, Next, Iceland, Hyundai and Tesco amongst others, and several successful US, UK and European based films.
He joined Metropolis Group in 2014 as Creative Director and founded the publishing division (Metropolis Music Publishing) and quickly secured an impressive repertoire of artists, bands and composers, racking up multiple synchronisation placements and campaigns. In 2016 he won both Best TV Advert and Overall Sync of the Year,as music supervisor, at the MusicWeek Sync Awards.
Since co-founding music supervision agency Redfive, Ru has supervised films such as “The wife”, “McQueen”, “Greed”, “Worth”, and “The Silencing”, to name a few.
He has recently produced his first film based on the 50th Anniversary of the release of Sgt.Pepper, and is following that up with the soon to be released western drama, “Dry River”.
Rupert also sits as a co-founder and senior board member of The UK & European Guild of Music Supervisors.
Steve Orchard
Chairman
Steve Orchard is a graduate of the University of Oxford. He became a radio presenter and rose through the ranks of GWR Group becoming Programme Director and PLC main Board Director following the company’s flotation on the Stock Exchange. His successes include the relaunch of Classic FM in 1997 and the creation of the UK’s first national commercial radio station Planet Rock.
He was a non-executive director of Independent Radio News and UK Top 40 Ltd, and became a member of the Sony Radio Awards committee and Brits judge.
Steve was promoted to the main Board of the industry’s largest PLC, GCap Media in 2005. In 2009 Steve incorporated Quidem Ltd. and became the company’s first CEO, immediately acquiring five radio stations in the West Midlands and then adding a sixth station in 2010.
Simon Fawcett
Chief Executive
Simon is the Chief Executive of Atlantic Screen Music, and a partner in Empyre Media. Empyre Media has successfully invested in a series of Hollywood studio films including the Oscar winning The Revenant, Lone Survivor and Two Guns.
Previously he was the Chief Executive of Aramid Capital Partners, which managed a $250m Fund specialising in Entertainment Loan Finance, and funded more than 30 films, and has successfully funded the expansion of the leading East European Distributor, A Company, and the successful US stage theatre company, Broadway Across America. Simon was previously the Finance Director of Pathé Entertainment, and was actively involved in the growth of Pathé from a small independent UK distributor into an international production and distribution studio operation.
Simon qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG.
Tania Orchard
Operations Director
Tania is our Operations Director. A specialist in Film and TV copyright and royalty tracking, she manages our copyright operation, she also directs our memberships of the world-wide network of performing rights organisations.
Tania studied Economics at Liverpool University before starting a career in the UK’s leading Commercial Radio company as an Account manager.
Her experience and strong customer focus means our clients are always in very safe hands.

Victoria Tillotson
Victoria is our organiser-in-chief. She looks after the management of our clients’ registrations with the performing rights societies across the world. Career highlights before Atlantic Screen Group include administrative roles with Her Majesty The Queen’s royal household and Sotheby’s Auction House. Victoria read Classics at Exeter University. She has two young children and is studying for an Interior Design diploma at KLC Chelsea.

Shelley Cryer
Shelley explains the numbers. She is our Group Chief Finance Officer. Shelley started her own business specialising in accounting for small businesses over 20 years ago. She is equally at home building financial systems from scratch, or by overhauling existing structures. If a client needs accounts advice – she is our expert.

Jim Barne
Jim is our company’s musical heartbeat: a producer, composer and orchestrator in his own right. His work for our clients also includes album releases and the exploitation of our extensive library of film soundtracks.
Jim’s debut movie score for indie psycho-thriller “Unseen” was widely acclaimed. He also orchestrated the score for the Julian Fellowes’ adaptation of Crooked House and works regularly on studio production for the BBC Symphony Orchestra at BBC Maida Vale.

Callum Coupland
Callum is our problem solver, focussing on the precision registering of client copyright. He is a drummer in an active touring band and as a performing musician he has an in-depth knowledge of live music performance. Technology is another of his specialisms at Atlantic Screen Group and he has a track record in concert promotion.
All these aspects make Callum our Go to Guy for music industry detail, especially when it comes to new music.

Martha Settle
Martha is often our clients’ initial contact with the customer. She gained a First in the Popular Music degree at Falmouth and interned at Island Records and Audio Bay Management. Martha’s specialist subject at Uni was the effect of the digitisation of music on consumers perception of value. When it comes to solving clients’ copyright queries, Martha chases down the detail.

Rosie Hill
Global Director of Synchronisation
A classically trained musician, Rosie has worked in music and media for over 20 years in both the UK and Spain. Previous companies include Warner, Disney, Imagem (now Concord), whose UK sync team she ran for 8 years and Sentric Music, where she directed their creative and operational Sync strategy as Global Head of Sync for nearly 4 years, until joining ASM. Rosie has placed music in campaigns for brands such as Ikea, M&S and Ford as well as developing TV, film, game and secondary exploitation opportunities. She has worked closely with writers and catalogues such as Mark Ronson, Daft Punk, Sugarhill Music publishing, Phil Collins, Pink Floyd, Rodgers & Hammerstein as well as the iconic Boosey & Hawkes classical catalogue. She has co-produced sessions at Angel, Air and Abbey Road studios, was on the inaugural board for the MAS awards and now sits on the Guild of Music Supervisors Rightsholders committee.
