Tania Orchard

Operations Director

Tania is our Operations Director. A specialist in Film and TV copyright and royalty tracking, she manages our copyright operation, she also directs our memberships of the world-wide network of performing rights organisations.

Tania studied Economics at Liverpool University before starting a career in the UK’s leading Commercial Radio company as an Account manager.

Her experience and strong customer focus means our clients are always in very safe hands.

Victoria Tillotson

Victoria is our organiser-in-chief. She looks after the management of our clients’ registrations with the performing rights societies across the world. She has two young children and is studying for an Interior Design diploma at KLC Chelsea.

Best screenplay quote:All it takes is trust and faith and a little bit of pixie dust” Peter Pan

Shelley Cryer

Shelley explains the numbers. She is our Group Chief Finance Officer. Shelley started her own business specialising in accounting for small businesses over 20 years ago. She is equally at home building financial systems from scratch, or by overhauling existing structures. If a client needs accounts advice – she is our expert.

Callum Coupland

Callum is our problem solver, focussing on the precision registering of client copyright. He is a drummer in an active touring band and as a performing musician he has an in-depth knowledge of live music performance. Technology is another of his specialisms at Atlantic Screen Group and he has a track record in concert promotion.

All these aspects make Callum our Go to Guy for music industry detail, especially when it comes to new music.

Favourite movie score: Theme from Star Wars. John Williams

Best screenplay quote:Some people can’t believe in themselves until someone else believes in them first” Robin Williams in Good Will Hunting

Martha Settle

Martha is often our clients’ initial contact with the customer. She gained a First in the Popular Music degree at Falmouth and interned at Island Records and Audio Bay Management. Martha’s specialist subject at Uni was the effect of the digitisation of music on consumers perception of value. When it comes to solving clients’ copyright queries, Martha chases down the detail.
